From the moment I entered this clinic at 3:30 PM on July 13th, the receptionist repeatedly told me that they closed at 4PM even though I was there in plenty of time. Then, after I filled out the paperwork, including my birthdate and gave it to her, she kept calling me up to the desk (by my first name) and insisted that I have to use Medicare even though I have opted out of everything but hospitalization, and am fully covered by Blue Cross blue shield. She had already copied my card. Then she said that I could not be seen because I had to first attend a Medicare provider. Even though I knew that this was patently untrue, I told her that I would pay for the visit. She reiterated that I could not be seen by Care per Medicare rules, which, of course, fit right in with the fact that she wanted to leave. This young lady is rude, lazy and, worst of all, either deceptive, or completely misinformed,but effective if one wants to ruin a business...also, I had no problem being seen at another clinic 3 miles away. I am very disappointed because we've used this clinic for years with very good outcomes...
