Terrible customer service at the used car dealersh...

Terrible customer service at the used car dealership. Went in and interrupted a personal call of the rude receptionist. Instead of offering assistance she gave resistance and made me realize why I don t do business with this dealership. As much money as the dealership brings in they should invest in retaining a professional staff. At Conicelli the customer is NEVER RIGHT. I will never again attempt to do business with this dealership and hope others realize we as consumers have other options! I give 2 stars only because there was a salesman that stepped in to diffuse the situation that should not have escalated in the first place.
