They got me across the line and my house settled which is appreciated. however their service was hit and miss. We started with Craig and our service was supreme, couldn't be happier. However we were then transferred to another agent, where the service became very sub par. The deal was done and we made it, but communication was lapse, extra costs seemed to materialize with minimal explanation, and responses to questions were bare bones and could take time to respond. Very much seems to vary on who you are working with.
