I was bought Apple IPAD MINI 4 CEL 128 GB GOL

When i was bought IPAD, Saturn employee told me, you have to do insurance, this insurance will repair everything as an original. And when you will have bog problem, we will give new IPAD, or money back. So i did insurance.

So, my IPAD screen has broken on October 20, and i brought to Saturn repair office in Alexanderplatz. They sent to repair center. After 3 weeks, i got my Apple to back, and we saw screen is so bad, they repaired so bad, also Saturn employee has seen, then they sent second time to repairing on 17 November. I got back my IPAD on 02 December back, then we opened with Saturn employees, we saw it is really bad screen, Saturn emloyee told me "SO SORRY, we have to send again to repairing". So they sent third time.

I had really terrible feeling about Saturn, we are media organization, i am editor and journalist at Television. We always customer from Saturn. And this situation is really terrible. I want to my money back, or new IPAD, because they destroyed my IPAD, after 3rd time screen change, it will be nothing. I am a journalist and always working by IPAD, last 2 month, my IPAD is in Saturn services and destroyed. Sorry, but if this problem will not solve as soon as possible, i will open a court case with Saturn. Why they did 180 euro for insurance from me, and why they did destroy my new IPAD? I am waiting for quick response. My lawyer is waiting for this problem.
