Shocking. Paid extra for delivery within 5 days (after COVID-19 delays were already known), didn't turn up til after 10 days. The desk is missing parts, still not had a reply back from my email which were over a week ago. It takes around 20mins to get through on the phone, to be told they'd call you back. Avoid!
