My Mom has WOW, her phone and cable go out constantly. It was out last week and again today. It is worse when rains. You talk to someone in central America which she/we cannot understand. They put you on hold and never come back. Then you start over again with another person. Local office won't help you. They constantly change her bill, again she has to call. Once again they will send a technician. Same as last week. Never ending.
