My opinion concerns the secretaries of the reception! when your doctor sends you after examination to see the emergencies with a letter to give to the specialist and that on the spot the secretaries send you bouler because they estimate that you can take appointment instead of urgent and that the letter of your doctor does not worth nothing ... But what are these people unable to stay in their place and not kind? If you're not a doctor, you do not send the emergency home without consulting! I would like to see their head if they were in this kind of situation! A tip: do not listen to them, if you're there for an emergency you stay there!
