If I could give negative stars I would. My mother in law passed away, and while cleaning out her house we found a check she had received from Franklin Madison. She had been ill for several years, and never deposited this check. It was too old to deposit now, so as executor of her estate, I returned the check to the company and requested they reissue a new one so it could be deposited to the estate . I went two months without hearing anything, sent them an email asking for status. Was promised I would hear from them in 2 business days. A month later, no response. Sent a follow up. Got the standard email response they would get back to me in two days. This has happened FOUR TIMES now. I finally found a number for them, called 5 different times, and was hung up on all 5 times.

This company is horrible, horrible, horrible. Do NOT do business with them!
