Parking is not very difficult. Plenty of event parking all around the venue, but cash parking is also available at a reasonable cost.

Concessions are what you'd expect for a concert. No more than what you'd pay at a movie. Restrooms are all clean and well stocked.

The place is nice but it desperately needs an upgrade. The seats are of an older folding style- green seat with a weird green fabric. Stains on every seat. Sponsor signage is all old school. No JumboTron/video board system, which means concerts/MonsterJam/Disney on Ice events etc leave a little to be desired if seated far from the stage.
