After the sales officer called and offered the BPLAC, the premium was being charged already automatically on my credit card without even notifying me of the auto charge and the fact that there is no policy yet that is being delivered for me to see the full content of that so called BPLAC. It's been 3 months already of being on auto charged but until now no policy is being issued. Tried contacting the office CONTACT US button on this site but to no avail, no call back from the office yet to discuss the matter. I wanted to discontinue this BPLAC, you are collecting the premium being auto charged in my card but no policy is being given yet. The telemarketer promised that the policy will arrived earlier than the premium being auto charged, what now, 3 months of collecting premium without policy? BPI-PHILAM LIFE ASSURANCE CORP, you have to attend to this issue!
