My partner and I have been looking for a place in Hamilton because he was working in Burlington and I was working in Lincoln. we wanted to start our lives together and start a family. So we found this really nice looking apartment by executive properties. So we filed for tenantship and was accepted. It took executive properties almost 3 weeks to get us into the apartment, and we didn't notice until like the week after that the apartment required a lot of maintenance. We notified executive properties of the maintenance that needed to be done but they did not do the maintenance that we told them that needed done, and it's been 6 months. They had done some work but not all. For the remainder of the work needing done, we were told it was too much money to fix. We only need small things fixed. Not asking for new things. Just fix what needs fixed. We took executive properties to court. It's been 6 months. Please leave some proper notice and I will get the unit ready for your maintenance staff to enter.

This unit was advertised as move in ready. Tenants beware of this company. If you decide to comply and move in, stay on these guys and tell them what you need right away and get it in writing. Don't give up.
