Wanda took care of our service call very fast & professionally. The service tech was Louis. He was GREAT!! This guy went above & beyond. Instead of evaluating the problem, realizing he didn t have the tool to fix it & rescheduling another appointment he asked if there was a store around, went to Lowe s, got the tool, came back & got the job done!! He was very patient & was here quite a while. I wish more people took the pride in their work that this guy did. Thank you Summit. This guy should be commended.
