Approaching the building it looks grungy and gross...

Approaching the building it looks grungy and gross however the inside was decorated comfortably. Staff was nice enough. The food however lacks taste and portion. Simple yellow rice that tasted blah. The refried beans seamed dry and old (mind you i came in right when they opened) and the chicken was so greasy! on top of that i feel like they dipped their shells in oil before heating them. totally gross. Just a container of greece and no taste. the mild salsa tasted like hot tomato soup and left much to be desired. I still cant believe i paid 13.50 for this meal!!! total rip off! Dont come here!
