Several times staying at this Novotel for multiple exhausting workshops for straight 2 weeks event. I can see they really tried hard to keep up with our group of over 500 people during breakfast, lunch, and dinner with tight every day - night schedule. They have summoned more apprentices and staff from neighboring Ibis Hotel to support on man power on all area.

Swimming pool is great for exercising even for kids on separated spot.

The suite room is equipped with huge TV at each the bed room and lounge, working desk, spacious living room, coffee machine, luxury shower with bathtub and separated toilet. Digital weight scale included.

This is an indulging 4-star hotel in Jakarta with great price and services for small meeting to bigger event such as ours which requires all ballroom as one.
