I love the view from our windows, lots of room, fair price, the appliances seem to not be the best, use lots of energy/run all the time. Especially the A/c unit, runs all the time but doesn't actually cool the apartment. Had maintenence out 2 times for it, first time said it worked correctly, second time said a wire was not connected.
