Going through this I actually thought that the building was undergoing construction in some parts- however, I learned that it was actually just a poorly designed use of space. You seem to walk through a lot of nothing to get to nothing on the tour. You don't get to see any part of the factory (disappointing!). There's a few videos and staff presentations which we heard absolutely nothing from due to screaming children and chattering parents. And then there's a car ride through a really creepy magical chocolate fairyland that's just...weird, and probably scary for some kids. Actually none of it looked fun for kids- and in fact several were crying during our visit and I even overheard one telling staff that he was unhappy and didn't like being there.
