Walked into the Auburn model center, knowing the exact model I wanted to learn about, the Aspen. I saw the Aspen in Skagit County many years ago. Thinking Timberland would have the details of this model (used for a Seattle Home Show) and that I would be able to receive the specs, upgrades and pricing, I was disappointed. Furthermore, the salesperson was not customer focused, very interruptive, and sent us (unescorted while she heated up her lunch) on a tour of their current models....total waste of my time. I want the Aspen; that's the model I want to discuss! First flag was when the salesperson opened the dialog with, "If I don't pass you off...". Well, she did pass us off. We left with no ball park price. She demonstrated unwillingness to discuss upgrades, and in short just didn't seem willing to work with us. We were serious buyers. What a bummer. The Aspen home, as shown on their website site, is a stunning home. If Timberland comes through with the info....feel free to contact me....and NOT by that saleswoman. She should be fired.
