Poor customer service. I went to buy a guitar and asked the sales person about general information about guitars as I have no knowledge about them. I actually wanted to buy a beginner level guitar to practice. He showed no interest in helping me and just gave short answers for whatever I asked. I gave up and went ... extremely poor customer experience.
