I love the banking apps and have had a good experience. I work with a small car dealership and I ve noticed uccu is more picky than most credit unions as far as getting loans. They tend to give higher rates or ask for more down payment than other ones. DO NOT link your Venmo in the linked accounts part online. I now get 3 security notifications from Venmo every time I log into uccu. Tried both uccu and Venmo customer service and neither could get rid of the problem.Im not saying don t use Venmo with your account, I use my uccu account for Venmo. Just don t link it to see your balance on uccu, like I do with a credit card with another bank.
