Poor service and only reply to emails when I asked...

Poor service and only reply to emails when I asked for my money back.
I would never recommend this company to anyone because they take your money and don't provide the service.

Yes this seems to be very similar issues to what I experienced, very poor level of communication. Non existent is more like it. Ignored my "Formal Complaint" too, and a request for their Barr Association details to report them.
