I keep wondering what is in the water in Long Beac...

I keep wondering what is in the water in Long Beach that makes everybody rate any currently open office or business 4 stars. I have been here twice...very limited selection as everything is spread out amongst various branches. Seems like there is only one copy of everything. Add the fact that last time I was there (today) there were 2 piles of vomit on the entry walk, a guy sitting on his own urine and a lady screaming "sand ni****s". It is more than just homeless, it is the mentally ill population's toilet. Get with it Long Beach, these people need help, not a place to excrete in public.
