During the summer you work hard. Start from 6am to whenever. During the winter when working at hexel for snow removal get ready to get called in at 8 at night to whenever the snow stops or get called in at 12am. It's not that fun at all I would go look for a winter job I wouldn't do the snow removal with this company. Summer is great winter its not.
Plus during winter they say you will be getting pay $15.00. That's a lie. My checks in winter was $13.20 so I'm glad I found a better job.
