I have now been told that my account is in foreclo...

I have now been told that my account is in foreclosure and also that there is a hold on DILs from Hyatt. How can my account be in both statuses? I have spoken with Carla Smith and she was supposed to get an update for me. To date I have heard nothing about this update. The customer service experience I have received from Marriott and Hyatt leaves much to be desired. I just want to know what kind of status my account is in once and for all - a simple request.
