In early May we had an incredible visit to Trefethen. We had scheduled a tasting and had a quiet, private spot with great views. Oh, and best of all wonderful wine. While there I placed an order and joined the club - that's when the over the top experience started. After returning to my home I got an email from Patti - there were some questions about the weather in my area for delivery and she got everything straightened out, coordinated with the weather forecast for slightly cooler temps, added overnite shipping to be safe. I thought that was the end and things would just show up - but no - Patti kept in touch every step of the way including a shipment that was delayed a week to coordinate further with cooler temps in my area. I loved the wine but what really matter was the personal follow through that tells me even more. Customer experience and personal touch - equal to the great wine!
