I was facing the some issue for about 8 months but...

I was facing the some issue for about 8 months but there s no one to solve it even though i contacted your helpline and exchange. They always have lame excuses every month. Now i am fedup with your services and want to end it now, if you can t end your services for me then its ok i will not pay you a single extra rupee.
