Very disappointing. I ve stayed in a lot of Hard Rock hotels. Hard Rock Orlando is anything but impressive. The check in desk is not helpful and actually very rude. It felt more like a rushed cattle call than a friendly check in. Speaking of check in, you won t check in early here! In fact my room wasn t ready until 5pm when check in was at 4pm. Unacceptable, especially at 430.00 per night. We went to two different restaurants and got ignored both times. The hotel is dirty and has poor customer service. I do not recommend.
