Absolutely terrible to deal with. Their insured was drunk and rear ended me 2 weeks ago and they are still reviewing the claim. I've been stuck without a vehicle for 2 weeks. They really drag their feet in dealing with anything (48 hours to file the police report in their system, then another 48 hours to review it, and then another 48 hours to determine liability???) Very frustrating, if you get hit by their insured, get a lawyer from day 1 like I did.
