Firstly the building is fantastic - stunning in fact- also free admission.

However the exhibitions were disappointing (July 2017) - 1 had nothing in it, another closed, what I saw didn't appear great. Although caution - I am no art critic so it may be that this is great artwork (but I doubt it). A video is shown of a documentary about bomb damage filmed on a smart phone, another has coloured papers with a twigs on top of them. Exhibition areas are spacious but why not just add more artwork to showcase more artists work?

Worth a visit to look at the building - hopefully will be improved in future
