This trip started out very nice. Our waitress, Bethany, was lovely. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and made us feel at home. I enjoyed her stories and she went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was wonderful, very flavorful and just the right amount. It was a little crowded, but thankfully everyone was respectful of their neighbor. Once we moved to the desert car, we got forgotten. I had to go find someone to ask if we were ever going to get our desert. They made us feel like we were in their way and couldn't wait until everyone was gone. The staff spent the entire time chit chatting with each other. We were also incorrectly charged for our drinks, which added insult to injury. It made the experience not so nice and I would think twice about going back.
