This airport has had many poor reviews, but I think they have made a lot of improvements here. There are staff everywhere to guide passengers and answer questions, and they are all very helpful. Not a lot of dining choices now, but more are under construction. Not many shopping options. There is a good, inexpensive bus service to/from Manhattan, as well as train service to Manhattan, Newark and elsewhere.
