January 12, 2015 - Paid $500 deductible, insurance denied reimbursement without itemized reciept.

I called St. Alexius Medical Center billing department, the wait to speak to someone is the worst I have ever experienced. Then when I finally did get through I still have never been sent the reciept as promised. Starting the process a second time and so far I have waited 32:25 minutes and counting. What a Joke! They have no problem taking my money but won't provide documentation needed for reimbursement. I am using my time on hold 2/9 to write this review & dispute the credit card charges.

Called 2/2/15 - Waited 35 minutes, hung up without connecting
Called 2/3/15 - Waited 25 minutes, connected to Terry who promised to send my reciept
Called 2/9/15 - Never recieved reciept as promised now on hold for 38 minutes and counting!
