We have been visiting Letchworth Hall Hotel for many years. Our wedding reception was held here and since then have held various anniversary/birthday receptions here.
As it is nearby we also regularly eat here for dinner. I have though recently noticed a change in attitude of the restaurant staff. This evening we had a disagreement about our use of the "Taste Card" before our meal. The dispute ended in the four of us walking out before dining. We will not be returning until the attitude & manners of the staff improves.
