Yesterday my friend and I had a very bad experience at the rooftop bar, 10th floor. We entered looking for sitting space only to encounter a very rude LADY MANAGER. She brushed us off telling us they're not accomodating any more people at the bar. Why wait for guests to take the lift up to 10th floor, enter the rooftop area only for you to tell them while inside looking for sitting space, that you've decided not to accommodate more people. This should be communicated from the reception on ground floor. She was very dismissive with a very bad attitude
