This is not a branch like is showing on internet, ...

This is not a branch like is showing on internet, they can't help with any small problems, even to help to unblock a card, they don't even want to contact customer service from HSBC. And on internet is showing HSBC brunch!!!
On Czech Republic is exactly the same.
