I have been a member of Pilate-Ology for many years. The facility is fully equipped with reformers, springboards and all the necessary accessories for an excellent Pilates experience. The instructors are informative and highly skilled. Pilate-Ology offers private, small and larger group classes. I prefer the larger classes which are attended by friendly people of various ages. I always look forward to my Pilates classes!
