My training at Gymnazo has been outstanding. Each 6am session I attend, I am joined by a familiar community of fellow early risers who work their butts off while encouraging each other to reach for our best for that day. The instructors are talented and really know their craft. They know us. They understand our little challenges and find ways for us to move beyond them.
All and all I can't say enough about the place!!!!! Join!!!!
