Himanshu was just awesome in delivering a legendary customer experience. Right from the start to the finish everything was a breeze. He is knowledgeable and has a very good sense of humour. He is an asset to home depot and rainsoft. The installation person was also great as the workmanship was professional no mess after work and he cleaned it up too. Just left is as it was before. For the product it is just awesome, we never had any system before but this really stands out, i have recomemded to a friend of mine and they also liked it and took it. I would recomend this system for everybody as the water quality here in brampton and gta is very bad, we can see the difference, now everything is so clean, pure and better.
