Nice big rooms and a huge lobby.

Nice big rooms and a huge lobby.

No free wifi - ridiculous in this day and age.
Lifts were hopeless - only one working and people waiting 15-20 minutes with suitcases, resorting to bumping them down the stairs (damaging backs and cases).
Staff quite indifferent - no friendly ones
