Like all the other's that have left reviews I have been and continue to be disappointed in The Lund Company. If I ever lease another apartment, It will NEVER be with them. I haven't lived in one of their apartments for over a 14 months. Back in April of 2018 There was a change in Management and my written notice was over looked by the property manager that came on after the previous one was fired. June of 2018 I had all of my stuff moved out, keys were turned in, WALK THROUGH HAPPENED and then I received a bill stating that I owed another month's rent the following month. I took it to my lawyer, he looked over it and advised me that I needed to offer a settlement since my lease stated that I legally was suppose to be there one more month although the property manager told me they would let me out of the lease early. I called corporate. My Lawyer called corporate. They never called us back even though they said they would send me collections if I didn't contact them. I reached out to them via email. I sent them the timeline of events and the conversations I had with management, etc. And instead of calling or emailing me back they sent me a revised bill. I paid that IN FULL and turned it into the leasing office. They deposited the check and all was good, until it wasn't. I received a bill from National Credit Systems offering me 50% off what I owe The Lund Company 14 MONTHS LATER!! This is absolutely insane and I plan on communicating with National Credit Systems Monday!
