I consulted the representative the action needed to be taken as the tenant broke his tenancy contract by leaving before maturity. He seemed not able to enlighten me but to request me to seek legal advice. I expected him at least to find out from the company if he did not know, then I had to pay legal fee to do so. Can the relevant department advised me. Thanks
