One of the worst attention services to resolve doubts, I have been insisting for 3 days and I am waiting for the operator for about an hour each.
The reason is to ask some questions that I have and the answer is not on the page and, literally, they do not answer by phone
I update the situation, I received a response from an operator and after asking my respective questions, this same person hung up on me. They should have people who are up to a position as important as customer service.
