Such a shame the rooms as such are not bad but the customer service and quality control is completely out of hand now. Constantly checking into a room with no bath towels or wash cloths... front desk people rude... Breakfast not on time. I've been on business here 10 times and stayed here 80% of the times. This evening was the last straw, walking into a room yet again with no towels. Another point is that my points never seem to credit here either, I have to constantly call in to get them to add them.. as a gold member I will not ever stay here again.
