I purchased a 2019 Kia Niro PHEV here. That was a reasonably good experience.
Shortly after the purchase, a warning light came on. Turned out to be a minor problem which they handled that well under the warranty.
After 6,800 trouble free miles, it was time for an oil change. Making the appointment was smooth and easy, quoted price very reasonable. Upon arrival I was promptly and politely greeted, turned over the keys and had a seat in their spacious, sanitized waiting area. 40 minutes later, the oil was changed, car check over, vacuumed, and ready to go. Very pleased with service here and will return as needed.
