I have a place in Seaside I rent from Princeton Prop. And Denise the Bldg Manager is terrific. She listens to tenants issues in a diplomatic manner, issues with plumbing etc are fixed quickly and she is very professional, always willing to listen. I ve rented several properties and worked in Prop Management myself and Denise is super impressive! IMO Princeton is a good Company to rent from.
