I had the most wonderful experience at Bayshore, this is my second time being hospitalized, this last visit being 6 days. I must say everyone was so caring and friendly. Nurse Tamara, Nurse Maria and PCA Jackie from 2nd floor west provided 5 star service, they were also attentive and took the time to know me. The concierge services is such a great service to provide for patients who are admitted in a emergency and do not have time to pack. Ritchie from transport was also great. Mark from Patient Experience is a great asset to the hospital. Mark goes above and beyond to make sure that each patient has a great experience despite their medical condition. Mark represents the hospital well, he is professional and strives for the best care of the patient. Keep up the great work Bayshore!
