I would like to give the biggest shoutout to Josh Lim, the sales consultant who sold us our new car. Not once did we ever feel any pressure to actually buy a car, and Josh was completely patient and understanding to our indecisiveness and idiosyncrasies. He not only helped to find the perfect car that suited our family, but he went as far as pushing to find one in my specific color preference (yes...I m not only indecisive but also picky), model, and more importantly for the right price that fit our family's budget. Working with him was like working with a good friend, or even a well liked family member. If you are in search of a new car, but have any anxiety about going to a dealership, I cannot recommend Josh enough. Throughout the rainy day, he made the process as calm as it could possibly be, yet efficient enough that our 4 year old was never bored with the process. Yes, we brought our 4 year old to the car dealership, and Nissan made the whole process so smooth that we did not have one outburst. In fact it was even entertaining for the child. THAT is how awesome the experience was.

I would also like to give a very special Thank You to Sergio who greeted our family outside in the rain when we first arrived, and who even drove me to my appointment (and got me there on time) while my husband wrapped up the paperwork with Aaron, who was also patient and wonderful.

It felt like the people we worked with truly cared about our needs and our well being, and I recommend this dealership if you are in search of a new/used vehicle. Thanks, guys!
