Now for the second time, ICP Corporate Finance has unfortunately had to rely on Koster Advocaten. Last year it was very pleasant and worked well with Archana Mahabiersing on a difficult collection case. The outcome was beyond expectations due to the tenacity of Archana. We were right on all fronts. I was very impressed by her approach and plea in court. This year a new and complex case was discussed with Archana and I notice that she is able to quickly distil the essence of a dispute and thereby proceed pragmatically and decisively. I can heartily recommend her. A top lawyer with a great personality too.
