Go see Heather in the service department. She's seriously the nicest person I've ever dealt with at a dealership. I needed a full checkup done on my Prius and I walked in without an appointment. Had the car back in a few hours and the bill was 1/5th of what I expected. She had added a coupon that was lying around the office for me....so nice!
