wifi does not work in our room. 35 minute wait for a reservation for the pool. they tell you the casino is open from 8am until 12am when they take your money for a stay and play package but the casino does not open at 8am it opens at 10am. there was never a manager on duty in the hotel only a supervisor that does not offer to correct anything just apologizes and walks away. they front desk could not even produce and phone number or card for a manager she just kept looking through the same box of cards for over 10 minutes. I left without a way to complain to management. save your money, or better yet go to any of the other 20 or so casino resorts in Western Washington. THEY ARE ALL SOO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS ONE!
