They say: "No Worries. It's Covered" Maybe for small things like to fix your toilet or put gas on your AC unit, but when you really need them for something major, it won't be covered!!! Read the small lines in the back of the contract, specially all the exceptions!

If you have an Emergency with your AC, itcan take up to 3 days to send someone to fix it, or if you want to pay some extra money, they can send you in the same day after hours service! Last time I had an AC problem, Service America technition condemend my AC unit and said I had to replace it, they could do it for $2500 with their discount (a new unit is sold for $1700). I paid to another AC guy from a different company take a look at it, and he just changed the battery on my thermostat... it has been 2 years and it is still working.
